Sonny John Moore (born January 15, 1988) is an American singer, electronic music producer, DJ and songwriter. He is popular with his stage name Skrillex.

Early Life (Childhood)

Moore was born in the Highland Park neighborhood of Northeast Los Angeles, United States of America. He was raised in the Forest Hill neighborhood of San Francisco at the age of 2.

Interesting Facts

Moore stated that he has been a longtime fan of Warp, which has released recordings from artists such as Aphex Twin and Squarepusher.

Personal Life

Skrillex was found dating the artist and singer Ellie Goulding. She provided vocals for the track "Summit" on the Bangarang EP. They split up because their long distance relationship didn't work out.
