Dipendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev was the thirteenth King of Nepal. He reigned from 1-3 June 2001 while in coma because of incident where he had killed his own father and other royal family members.
Early Life (Childhood)Born as a crown Prince he was brought up by nannies and orderlies. He got early education from Budhalinkantha school and later Eton college, England and again Tribhuwan university. He trained from military academy and civil aviation department.
Interesting FactsHe commissioned as the colonel in chief of the Royal Nepalese Army. He loved travelling, wrote Nepali poetry and literature, interested in boxing, body building and karate(black belt). He often raced around the streets of Kathmandu in a land cruiser.
Personal LifeShah fell for Supriya Shah but queen was against because of family ties. He had an affair with Japanese girl. Later he met Devyani Rana in Eton but royal family has position that crown Prince should not marry someone having relationship in India.

RumorShah was behind the royal massacre. Sources told that he had indeed killed his father along with his own family members later shot himself. The issue is still in controversy nobody knows whose culprit was that.
