Ennio Morricone ( born November 10, 1928) is an Italian composer, conductor,orchestrator and former trumpet player. He has written music for more than 500 motion pictures, television series and contemporary classical works.
Early Life (Childhood)Morricone was born in Rome, Kingdom of Italy. He was the son of of Libera and his father Mario was a musician. He wrote his first compositions at the age of six years and was frequently encouraged to develop his natural talents.
Interesting FactsMorricone was offered a villa by a studio but rather refuses to move to Hollywood. He was also the member of the jury at the Venice Film Festival in 1992.
